How many times have we felt bad
about all that things that we don’t have? How many times have we felt bad
because feeling bad was our decision? What would you do if you could travel
back in time and change something about your past? How many times have we asked
that question that will never have answer: What would have happened if I..?
If you are asking yourself if
these questions are addressed to you the answer is ... Yes! These words are directed
to the person who lives inside of you and who often makes you feel like that everything
in your life is not good causing that your days are heavy and long inducing
possible damage that eventually become in
something uncontrollable.
During our growth process we feel
afflicted because we spend a lot of time thinking in those situations the we
can’t change without notice that we are missing many important moments because
we do not stop to appreciate those details that the life gives us every single
minute and that could change our life forever…
You’ve been thinking what would
happen if you only slow down your daily rhythm and stop to feel the wind, laughing
more rather than mourn and smile at life while she gives her back to you?
We often think that our lives are
empty and we are led by the force of our negative thoughts causing us damage
that often makes us commit acts that could threaten our happiness and the happiness
of others but have you analyzed why?
How many hours do you spend each
day giving thanks for everything that you have?
What would happen if you spend a
few minutes each day to thank to the life or God for having a job instead of
complaining about the job that you already have? Think about all the people that
don’t have a job right now and would like to have one....
What would happen if you spend a
few minutes of your life to thank the food that you have in your table rather
than be wanting food that you don’t have? Think on the people who never have
anything to eat...
Life often does not give us what
we want but that does not mean that we cannot be happy with what we have ...
you don’t have love? Love yourself. You feel alone? Love your loneliness. Do you
have problems? Don’t worry about them because those situations will be solved
sooner or later...
I urge you to make a stop on your
life and think about all that you have accomplished until now and of course on
all that you have failed but especially I urge you to make a stop in your life
and spend time for love, laugh, mourn and be grateful for everything in your life
because there will come a time when you'll notice that your life is running out
and then it might be too late and come into your mind that question that will
never have answer: what would have happened if ... ..?
Live your present as if it were
the last day of your life….
